PRACTISER hereby undertakes to keep confidential the personal particulars supplied by its users.
According to the law in force on data protection and information society and electronic commerce services, the user agrees to allow the personal information he or she provided when registering, or any other item of information given to PRACTISER in order to gain access to any of the web site service (information bulletin, suggestions, etc), to be included on the files of that web site, in order to enable it to provide the services requested, to identify users requesting personalised services correctly, to keep the user informed, by email or any other means, of new developments, products and services related to PRACTISER or to third-party collaborator companies. In the case of commercial communications sent by email or an equivalent medium, the user expressly consents to be sent advertising through that medium.
PRACTISER undertakes to comply with its obligation to keep secret the personal particulars and its duty to treat them confidentially, and for those purposes it undertakes to take the technical, organisational and safety measures necessary to prevent their alteration, loss, processing or non-authorised access to them, as laid down under Spanish Organic Act 15/1999, 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, and other legislation applicable.
The user shall be responsible, in any event, for the accuracy of the data provided, and PRACTISER reserves the right to bar any user who has furnished false data from the services registered, without prejudice to other legally enforceable actions. Any registered user may at any time exercise the right to access, rectify and, where appropriate, cancel the personal data they provided, by sending a request in writing PRACTISER, practiser@practiser.net stating that they wish to sign off from the services for which they had previously registered.
